WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR LAMAREL PRODUCT AS MUCH AS WE DO! IF YOU AREN’T ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US SO WE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT. WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A REFUND. WE WILL ACCEPT A RETURN ON LAMAREL ITEMS THAT ARE IN NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, AND FREE OF DAMAGES. THE ORIGINAL LABELS NEED TO BE INCLUDED.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN COSTS.
The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. The costs for the return shipment must be carried by the customer.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
PLEASE CONTACT US AT RETURNS@SHOPLAMAREL.COM. YOUR ITEM WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: ITEMS NEED TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION, UNWORN AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO ENSURE IT IS RESALEABLE.
RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO LAMAREL PINTO IN SWITZERLAND. THE COST OF THE SHIPPING IS CARRIED BY THE CUSTOMER.
PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING YOUR LAMAREL PRODUCT. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE THE REFUND?
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE REFUND BEFORE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH LAMAREL.
IF YOUR REFUND HAS NOT REACHED YOUR ACCOUNT, IF YOU’VE DONE IT AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND, PLEASE CONTACT US AT CONTACT@SHOPLAMAREL.COM AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU.
RETURNING A PRODUCT PURCHASED IN A PACK:
WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT THAT WAS PURCHASED AS PART OF A PACK, THE DISCOUNT APPLIED TO THE PACK WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE FORFEITED.
