We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Switzerland.

If you would like your order delivered to another country, please visit our international website.

 

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping within Switzerland on orders over CHF 99.

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Basel, Switzerland, within 24 - 48 hours.

Transit times begin from the shipping date, not the order date. If you place your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing it on the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

It may take a short while for your tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking information has not been updated for several business days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
